Can there truly be “joy to the world”? Yes!

1. There is truly joy to the world because the LORD made known his salvation to the earth. 普世歡騰，因為耶和華已向萬民宣佈了祂的救恩 (v1-3).

2. There is truly joy to the world because the LORD is praised over all the earth as King. 普世歡騰，因為所有的受造物都向統管全地的大君王耶和華歡呼歌頌 (v4-9a).

3. There is truly joy to the world because the LORD is coming to judge the earth with fairness. 普世歡騰，因為耶和華要來按公義審判治理全地 (v9b).
