Empowered by the Gospel (Acts 1-7)
"The message of the risen Lord Jesus cannot be stopped." That's the message of Acts as Luke records the history about His story - the ascended risen Lord. Despite attempts to stop the gospel, in Acts 1-7 we see how Jesus sends His Spirit to empower ordinary men and women to be His witnesses.
