Glenn Melville

Dr Glenn Melville directs the Carey Centre for Lifelong Learning to provide on-going training and resources that equip Christian leaders and churches to thrive. This involves developing non-formal learning options, managing Baptist Registration, and overseeing Carey Podcasts. Glenn worked in sales and marketing for corporate multi-nationals before commencing pastoral ministry in the role of associate pastor and then as interim senior pastor. He recently completed a PhD investigating the well-being of pastoral leaders in New Zealand and has a passion to see Christian leaders and churches thriving!
